To better understand buying and consumption behaviors of plant-based products, we surveyed 1,400+ online grocery shoppers. The survey results combined with data from our recipe network of 5,200 sites provide us with key insights — like the selection of plant-based products and the correlation between lifestyle and purchase behaviors — that culminate in our Plant-Based Category Rundown.
