# Category Rundown: Dairy Consumption and Online Grocery
With plant-based options gaining traction, how often do shoppers actually include dairy in their meals? Are shoppers finally comfortable buying perishables like dairy online? How do shoppers buy their dairy? To what extent are plant-based dairy alternatives gaining share of cart?
We've churned out the Dairy Category Rundown to answer these questions — and more.
New to the series? Each month, we explore a new category using fresh consumer survey results and data from our contextual commerce platform of over 5,200 recipe sites.
