The holiday season is completely synonymous with baking.

To better understand the buying and consumption behaviors of bakers, we surveyed 1,400+ online grocery shoppers. The survey results combined with data from our recipe network of 5,200 sites provide us with key insights — like comparing usage of baking ingredients and pre-made “shortcuts” — that culminate in our Baking Category Rundown.
