Survey: Digital Planning and Shopping in an Omnichannel World 

 

The goal of this survey is to demystify the murky path to purchase that starts within online environments and leads to the physical store, and quantify the various purchasing decisions and shopping habits that consumers make on that path to purchase, which isn’t always the same for the same shopper.
